Cathlyn was very patient in helping me get all the items I needed. She's very knowledgeable with all their products. and another lady was also there to assist me and was very friendly. I think her name was Rose. They both deserve a reward for being so good at their job!

I liked the store. It has everything you need for tennis. Prices are also good when you compare to the online stores. One tip is be more upfront to the tennis league with Clark Francis so people are aware they can get some discount if they join the league. Always promote business and i am sure people will be coming.

Worst service amd stringing. Have tried to get my strings done at this place and the team has no clue on the tension. They repeated the strings twice and still the 58 tension that i had requested for could not be achieved. The completed strings are no where near 58. Had a similar experience couple of months ago on another racquet and not sure why I went there again. Would not suggest this store for strings. Never again
