Stay away!!! The app has tons of bugs and charged my cc twice. They still did not refund after 5 days after multiple follow ups.

Taking appointment and consulting doc was easy. But no one showed up for collecting samples for lab test. When I followed up with them they had not yet filed for insurance approval. It’s been 3 days and No lab. Will not be using them for lab tests again. Only consulting and medicine refill is convenient

I was using them for many years and now I have paid more than 300 dhs and have made two 10 min call max and they said based the subscription you choose that’s you get .. very disappointing
