The office is warm and welcoming, and they make you feel like family. For myself, personally, Dr. Darwish has been a life saver. Not only does he honestly care about my well being, but he is also at the forefront of research and the advent of new medications that can ease pain. That family feel extends to not have to wait weeks to see the doctor, as appointments are always available, a rarity for some other practices, but also both the nursing staff and the doctor are available via WhatsApp and email, allowing followups and health care from the comfort of my own home if necessary. I know I will always be heard, be seen, and be taken care of at Health Call.
