You need to train your receptionist or whoever answering inquiries to be more respectful and less annoying. Today 14.06.25. my question on WhatsApp was very simple. If you do some test or no and how much it cost. Instead of receiving simple answers on my simple questions, I started to receive unnecessary incoming calls and unrelated sarcastic comments and questions. Not acceptable at all.

I am taking IV therapy from last 2 months and its really good and recommended. Healthserve team is friendly and they have skilled and professional nurses. I appreciate your work and thank you Healthserve team.

Why this company hold rhier staf pasport.is his ilegal.why coverment allow this? and beside staf are paying their visa and issurance? I report this to labor
