I had booked a maternity scan through them. They gave me appointment at 7.45pm . I reached on time to the provided location and had a bad experience with the reception team from the scanning center. They have 2 patients with same slot and they registered me after half hr and took to scanning room at 8.45. When i enquired why its delayed, the staff put the blame on doctor. While the doctor clearly explained there was no delay from their side. It was all the unprofessional drama of reception staffs. This scan center does not have any relation with this medical center. Please dont fall for their ads and book scanning . That entire day will be wasted.

I booked a blood test through a third party and was assigned Fatima from Healthy Nation. She is the absolute best! My veins are super deep and thin and she managed to draw blood without pain. She came prepared, ensured I was comfortable and her technique is professional and painless. Thank you for your top-notch bedside manner.

I booked for a COVID test for my self and family. The team reached on time, very friendly and well mannered ,and the test was smooth and fast. To top it up, we received the results for all in 7 hours, Amazing!
