Dear Restaurant management I have visited your restaurant in Dubai Marina branch along with my partner to have Dinner ,but your restaurant service staff and food disappointed us badly, even we ordered vegetable briyani they gave us spoiled one and taste is very bad actually it's about spoil but your staff served us and after that I order chapathi and mushroom garlic ,really again disappointment chapathi is not hot and mushroom garlic is very bad taste they added more chilli sauce & ketchup taste is very bad and then your staff behaviour also not good they didn't serve us properly they have to guide the customer right , Please inform your team make a fresh food and talk with customer very Kindly . Thanks

Food quality is Average. Service is slow, especially if sitting outside. Location is Good. Parking could be a problem as you might to stop on the footpath which is illegal, or the building parking.

We ordered karak tea and breakfast, but the delivery took 2 hours. They also forgot to send the karak tea. After we complained, they sent it again, but it was in terrible condition. Also, the tea was completely cold and had spilled all over the bag.

Very tasty and economical food. They have good options. Highly recommend the shawarma and juice combo for a quick snack. Friendly staff but customers need to wait to get their attention. This can be improved. Crowded, cramped and unhygienic hand wash area. Washroom was not neat. People just crowd near the hand wash area since it is the common point to the hand wash and the kitchen entrance.

Normal food taste , mutton fry was good but beef chilli is a disaster they need to consider tender of beef and cornflour quantity
