Heritage Home Guest House

I stay here for 7 days. The place is very exotic and the neighborhood is very quiet. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the Metro Railway Station. Dubai Old City is a 20-minute walk from the hotel along the river, and you'll also pass by the Gold Market in between. This is great if you want to explore the old town. Sameer and his brother are very friendly, they are at the hotel every day and you can always ask them if you have help. Highly recommend

I always stay here when I am in Dubai. Nice and comfy rooms, lovely courtyard, and a spectacular surrounding in the heritage area. Metro station just 100 mtr away allows you the best way to explore Dubai and avoid traffic problems. The rooms and architecture are in old Arabic style, and you can feel back in the past century. Many nice restaurants are close and situated directly at the river with amazing views. Even its only a guest house, they offer 24-hour service and reception. Only 10 individual rooms give you a pampering feeling. Staff are attentive and very supportive. It's definitely a hidden gem in the usually sophisticated city. I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

I stayed here last night only just 3 hours after check in at 7 pm and it was worst ever experience rooms are smelly and not comfortable at all I checked out at 10 pm and waste my all money while my booking was till next day afternoon i will not suggest at all to anyone things are broken there and not good and clean at all please dont Waste your money as I did

Beware!! You get what you pay for. I would not stay there again! Location was good. It was walking distance to metro station, some restaurants, and shops in the Indian neighborhood . The traditional structure was very beautiful but the upkeep was not. Service was bad. Even though they knew I’m coming in late at night I had to get help from my taxi driver to find the reception area to check in. Their website pictures don’t match the real condition. Real pictures are the one I posted here. Although the interior would give you the heritage feel sadly it was not well kept. So many items were broken and left in repaired. Shower did not drain and TV wasn’t working in my room so I had to ask for another room. You can imagine the cleaning standards when the maintenance guy is the cleaning guy as well. The second room TV worked but there’s no local station to watch. Only your own app that you can sign in to. Check my pics. The toilet seat was completely loose. How could anyone miss that? The shower did not drain in the first room and the shower converter did not convert from the lower faucet to the shower head in the second room. Again, how could they miss that if they cleaned the shower before the guests arrive? It certainly needs interior update and repairs. Rooms were dark and you could not open the windows. Air conditioning wasn’t working and just blowing air. There were little flying insects coming out of bathroom’s drainage pipes. I had to cover the drains in order to reduce the number of them. I was too tired to change hotel but I would certainly not stay there again and not recommend it to others. ☹️👎👎

Super stay in old town of Dubai.lovely room with traditional setup the furniture of the room is very authentic.it is better then the new stylish hotel.the metro station is just behind the guest house just 100 meter walk.the courtyard of the guest house is outstanding where you can set and enjoy the cup of your tea with lovely ambiance.Love to come back soon.thank to heritage home team member. Definitely recommended.
