I visited this salon for a gelish manicure & pedicure, as well as eyelash extensions. 💅 Gelish Manicure: Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied. My natural nails aren’t perfectly straight, and with gelish, I expect the technician to shape and smooth the nail properly before applying the polish — not just paint over. That part was completely skipped. The polish palette they offered was nice, but if I only wanted color, I could’ve gone for a classic manicure. Gelish should also enhance the nail shape, and they didn’t put in that effort. 🦶 Pedicure: The pedicure was great. The technician understood my concerns, especially around how the big toe nail is cut to avoid ingrown issues — something I’ve had trouble with in other salons. She cleaned and shaped my nails carefully, especially after I had red polish on for a long time which left some yellow spots. She made them look fresh, clean, and healthy. I’d absolutely return for a pedicure with her again. 👁️ Eyelash Extensions: Mixed experience. I chose a cat-eye shape, which the technician initially agreed to. But during the procedure (while my eyes were closed and the process was halfway), she began questioning my choice, saying it might not suit me. That was unprofessional — she should’ve raised her concerns before starting, when I could see, decide, and discuss calmly. The final result was inconsistent: one eye looked balanced, the other didn’t. I fixed it myself slightly at home. Also, the lash material felt stiffer than what was shown to me beforehand, making me question whether the same quality was used. I can’t prove it, but it felt different once applied. Most unpleasant point is when I asked if I could see the difference by fitting one eye with different size and checking in the mirror to decide, I was told I’d be charged extra for removal if I changed my mind — even though the process wasn’t done yet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved my experience at Herz Salon! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Jenny did my manicure and pedicure — her hands are incredibly light and gentle. I actually stopped getting my nails done because of a bad experience elsewhere, but thanks to Jenny, I’m definitely coming back regularly! Kamwal took care of my hair and wow — she worked magic! My hair turned out so pretty, she’s truly superb at what she does. 🫶🫶🫶🫶 I’m totally satisfied with the service. Highly recommended! 💯💅💇‍♀️

Very disappointed with the mani-pedi service. The technician (possibly named Ajmina) started without soaking or moisturizing my hands. I had to ask her to soak them, and then she cut my cuticles so deep that it started bleeding. She just said, “It’s because your hands are dry,” and didn’t seem concerned. I asked her to skip other nails otherwise my whole 20 nails would be bleeding out. I came to work with bandaged fingers, unable to use sanitizer. The service was rushed and basic—no hand and foot scrubbing, no mask, no proper buffing. When I asked, she said, “The offer is like that,” even though I paid 100 AED. Worst mani-pedi I’ve ever had. Never going back Renu and Geeta did best job for my hair.

I recently got a balayage done at beauty salon Herz and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The color turned out absolutely beautiful—exactly what I was hoping for. A big shoutout to stylist Kanwal, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled. She took the time to understand what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing. Highly recommend Salon Herz and especially Kanwal if you’re looking for top-quality hair care!

I had a great experience at the salon with their shampoo and conditioning service it left my hair feeling soft, clean, and refreshed. The staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also had a pedicure, and I loved how neat and smooth my nails turned out. Overall, the service was relaxing and worth and soon I will come back❤️❤️
