Himalaya Ayurveda Wellness Centre

This was our first time visiting Himalaya Ayurveda Wellness Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and it was a good experience overall. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained the treatment and packages clearly. Pricing is more affordable compared to other similar centers in the area. I went with my wife, and we both tried the treatment. My therapist was kind and had a light conversation during the session, which made it feel more relaxed. The treatment really helped ease the pain in my left arm and back. The oil had a strong smell at first, but I’ve had this kind of therapy before, so it wasn’t unexpected—and it felt good once applied. The place is small but clean and minimalist. They also provide free parking and bottled water, which is a nice touch. This was recommended by a friend, and I can see why it’s highly rated in the area. Since it’s just our first visit, I’ll definitely update my review after our next sessions.

Spa Review – Very Disappointing Experience I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. First of all, the staff seemed completely inexperienced. They didn’t appear trained or confident in what they were doing, especially during the massage. The steam room was not safe at all – poorly maintained and felt uncomfortable to use. It definitely didn’t meet basic safety or hygiene standards. The space itself is very small and cramped, which made the whole experience feel rushed and stressful rather than relaxing. Even the oils and products used during the massage were questionable – no recognizable brands, and the smells were unpleasant and unfamiliar. Overall, this spa does not live up to any professional standards. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you're looking for a clean, safe, and truly relaxing experience.
