I bought a LABUBU for 150 AED and asked the staff member if it was original. She confirmed it was authentic. I even asked her twice again to be sure, and she said, “Of course, it’s original.” So I bought two, thinking they were real, and gave them as a birthday gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, I later discovered that they were fake — and not just any fake, but a really poor-quality and embarrassing one. It was very disappointing and awkward, especially because my daughter opened it in front of her friends. She felt embarrassed, and honestly, I felt terrible. Why wasn’t there any honesty? 150 AED is too much for a non-original product. I truly regret buying them. If it had been for me, I wouldn’t have minded as much — but as a gift, it was a huge letdown. This happened at the basement branch near the supermarket.

Unfortunately sold me a defective iPhone case cover and didn’t want to refund it although we proved infront of the manager Ibrahim that it is defective and not holding onto the cars magnet holder. Takes seconds and falls. Again even after seeing a demonstration of it falling he didn’t proceed with a refund and we had to buy something else to get a refund. Terrible service and unfortunately products are not original. This branch is infront of Sharaf DG exactly.

Don’t bother stopping to this shop. Just two arrogant and dumb looking lazy Filipina girls luring you to buy. First of all, the crocodile leather casing is not made of genuine crocodile leather but she was convinced that it was real. There should be a CITES. And when I asked her to check what CITES is, she said “no it’s ok maam”.. go get yourself a proper job.

I dont recommend to buy from them they give me price also diffrent from my friend once i go to ask another shop for the same cover and Iphone charger they give me much better price And i compare it to there shop much expnsive same quality Dont waiste money i wish consumer protection to check more for these kind of shops

Scammers avoid at any cost don’t buy or get anything fixed in here , one of the girls Rodelia told me one price for the iPad 10.5 screen protection when I brought the iPad in they told me completely different price actually double and also start lying that she never spoken to me , absolutely disgusting lying and changing there prices AVOID AVOID AVOID !!
