HK Express Delivery Services

The company to avoid ! Edited : HK Communicated with me and money refunded I've been dealing with HK company for four months, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The customer service is miserable, and they lack a reliable system for processing payments promptly. Despite promises to resolve the issue, my payments have been delayed for over a month.

Very poor service. Pathetic. Delivery from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi has still not been made. Over 48 hours have passed. And now they arent picking up calls and are not responding to WhatsApp messages!!

Delivery company who not care about customers, ignore messages, calls. I was try to deal with them several months… and get always bed reviews from my customers! Don’t want to work with them anymore because they making my business going down! Customers waiting orders from morning untill 12 pm, they write as if will come, then not coming… weekends, holidays orders staying with them, customers waiting a week to receive order.. they opening after holidays , 2 days .. still nothing.. they waiting when whole day again… why? Because they even never can say when they will deliver or morning or evening… you should sit at home from 9 to 12 waiting will they come or again no!!! When you asking, they told you orders delivered… lying! Customers writing nothing received! All the time spending fighting, nervous and trying to solve problems. In result bed experience from ordering from me? Why I need loosing my customers because of terrible delivery service? I pay extra charge even to pick up guy, each order they also taking 30 dh for delivery and in result more then 1 week cannot delivery between UAE! Money from previous orders I also waiting more then a week to receive!

this company doesnt even deserve a one star. i dont know what happened to them but now the quality of their works are poor. specially the customer service and the drivers (abu dhabi) they will made you wait for the whole day for nothing! time wasters. theres alot of couriers that is better than hk! this is the last time ill use their services! for sure!
