I just had a very disappointed experience in HM Marina Mall branch, I bought a pair of shoes for my 3years old daughter there, there was no customer there at that moment, and i was putting the new shoes on her while giving the old shoes to the cashier and ask her to help.putting them in the HM bag, again there was no customer during the process, and when i returned the shoes were still on the counter without any help, my daughter at this age likes to run around thats why i need to keep an eye on my kids, otherwise i totally can do by myself, but the cahier was totally unhelpful, and keep mumbling words in her own language i know its not good. moments ago i also saw one of their sales person also walked across another customer hit the poor woman without any apologizing, what a group of weird ppl they hired... never come again

It's 5 stars are only for Kyna who was perfect with me! She helped me find my size and was very helpful in finding the item I absolutely needed. She was very honest in her advice which allowed me to leave completely satisfied. I will come back only because of Kyna! Thank you thank you thank you Kyna!!

Fraud people working there. Discounts not actual. Was written socks 7 pack is 49, they charged 75 like ot was before discount. They refunded item, after i ask them why they are doing this. First explanation was like prices from this price, after that items are finished, after said that company policy working like this. Because all other item also was like this. There were positions like starting from —. And it was mentioned there. Fraud branch and if it is company’s policy, fraud management! It is not about 20 or smth drh, it is about honesty!

My overall experience was very good, i got all the assistance I could ever need. Super friendly and helpful staff, they’re very patient with people especially Rahma and also Firdavsi. H&M did a great job hiring them

Google mentioned that store closing at 11pm when I came there 10.35 they said they closing 10.30.what is correct information?
