I attended the antenatal class at Mirdif Hospital, and it was extremely informative and exceeded my expectations. The session was well-organized, and I left feeling more confident and prepared. I highly encourage everyone to attend if they get the chance. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of such a valuable event!

I recently gave birth at HMS Hospital. I honestly cannot thank Dr. Braithwaite enough for supporting me & guiding me throughout my entire pregnancy journey. I highly, highly recommend her if you’re planning on giving birth at HMS to have her as your OB-GYN. As for the labor and delivery team, a huge thank you to Ms. Margaret and her team - Lilian & Rose. So, so grateful. As for the anesthesiologist - Dr. Marwa. I have a huge phobia of needles, but she was super gentle and guided me through the steps on staying still while getting the epidural. And finally, the Nursery team - they were very gentle with my baby and very kind.

Whenever I have an ailment I visit HMS Mirdif Hospital as they are perfect in their treated and services. This time nurse Anjana Pulliyengal had to administer an injection for me to reduce pain related to flu. I must convey a special Thanks to her because I was afraid of needles and when she injected me the medicine I didn't even feel the prick! I am ever so thankful for treatment given and the speedy recovery 🙏🏼

A Truly Exceptional Experience at HMS Mirdif Hospital I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care my daughter received at HMS Mirdif Hospital, especially under the expert care of Dr. Mohammad Elrabah. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern. Dr. Elrabah admitted my daughter due to an infection, and he went above and beyond in every possible way. He checked on her every single day during her stay, making sure we felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. Even after discharge, he continued to follow up to ensure her recovery was on track — something you just don’t see often in healthcare today. The hospital rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and created such a calm and comforting environment for both my child and me. And can we talk about the food? Absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The nurses and staff were outstanding — so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and even comforting. You truly won’t find this level of service, care, and dedication anywhere else. Thank you to Dr. Elrabah and the entire team at HMS Mirdif Hospital — you turned a scary time into a healing one, and I’ll always be grateful. 🌟

The staff at this hospital need better training on how to treat people. Before I even entered the building, security gave me a hard time because I didn’t “look like a real patient.” I was genuinely unwell and had an appointment, yet I had to struggle just to get inside. What’s worse, another woman walked in at the same time and had no issues. When I complained, the staff told me that they have trouble keeping sales reps out, and security assumed I was one. That is completely unacceptable. If the hospital is facing this issue, they need to find a better way to manage it—one that doesn’t involve denying actual patients access to care. I urge the hospital to come up with a proper system for verifying visitors without turning away those in need. I wasn’t even allowed to reach reception, where they could have easily checked my appointment. The most disappointing part is that the doctor I saw was amazing, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.
