Extremely disappointing experience with HOAM Facility Management! I've been living in the same building for 3 years and recently reached out to request the updated parking access device — the same one issued to other residents — to replace the outdated windshield sticker. Instead of providing it as a default upgrade, they asked me to pay for it. To be clear: I wasn’t asking for a replacement due to damage or loss, nor was I requesting an extra one. I was simply asking for what should have been provided to all residents in the first place. On top of that, the parking situation is a mess. My designated spot is not in the basement parking, but under the building, and my car ends up dirty almost every day due to dripping water from the building or bird droppings from nests above. Yet they’re more focused on squeezing money out of residents for minor things like access devices rather than fixing basic issues, and provide a well arranged parking. Poor customer service. Unprofessional and cheap management. Do better, HOAM.

The worst management company I dealt with over 6 years as a tenant. It’s impossible to get any single service in your apartment without going through tons of application details which they want to and take time to authoritatively approve. Yet they don’t provide basic things like electronics disposal bins.

I received valuable assistance from one of the working staff from HOAM office yesterday and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Although I didn’t catch her name, her elegant, friendly attitude and remarkable efficiency in solving problems left a lasting impression. She is truly one of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. Thank you so much, dear sister!

Live in the Hoam building for 4 years and 4 years asking for pool umbrella and sun beds ( year ago they put gym timing witch horrible for people who trying to use it … we really try to follow it timing( they need 3 hours a day to clean it 😅) but end up go there where it convenient for us - so managed start kick us out from gym in the middle of workout course they need to clean it 😅 ridiculous… trying to reach management different ways - call ( they hang out phone) , e-mail ( ignore), personal when see them in the building ( they refer to email complaining 😅😂) … no results … seems you pay building bills to be clicked out , they services working only for they own convenience

I moved to a building managed by High Rise Owners three months ago, and since then, any issue that has come up has been handled incredibly fast. I got a call from the building manager in less than five minutes, and the surveillance manager is always on top of everything too. I've asked for help with issuing permits, getting proof that my car was parked to request a refund for a parking ticket, and also about some hallway noise. 3 out of 3 situations solved. A big thank you to Maaz, our building manager , he has always made me feel welcome and listened to. And to Raja, our surveillance manager, who is always taking care of all the neighbours.
