Holiday Inn Express Dubai Internet City, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Internet City in Dubai and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for staying with a baby. From the very beginning, we felt truly welcomed – the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially want to highlight the receptionist Ahmad, who provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel, the city, transportation, and available services. A big thank-you goes to him – his kindness and readiness to help made a lasting impression on us. We were also very grateful to be allowed an early check-in because of our baby, so we didn’t have to wait long – a thoughtful gesture that showed great care for guests. The meals were varied and delicious, and all the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-suited for both our baby and us – from the crib to all the small details that made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

She was always attentive and made sure everything in the room was just right, which added a personal touch to the stay. The staff in general were courteous and efficient, which made check-in and other services quick and stress-free. But it was Ms. Cecil who stood out the most for me, really, thank you! Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was managed. I'll surely be back here again if the chance comes around.

Facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel met the needs of a business traveler quite well. I’d especially like to appreciate Cris from room service. She was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Her support made the experience smoother and more welcoming. My stay in this hotel was nothing but incredible. I enjoyed every day I spent here and I felt so much relaxed. The hotel room that I stayed at was also spotless and fantastic which made me more comfortable and peaceful during my stay. I would also want to appreciate Ms. Cecile, the room attendant who helped and guided me throughout my stay. With her wonderful assistance and plausible hospitality, my vacation at the hotel became more memorable and wholesome.

The room is very tidy and clean, it's surrounding is so relaxing. All the staff are very much accommodating and friendly specially on the Front desk, specially to Ms. Karen. The location is easily located and it near to some of the biggest landmarks. Keep up the good work. Thank you ❤️
