Holiday Inn Express Dubai - Safa Park by IHG

We are having a wonderful stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The room we got with king size bed and sofa bed is big and clean. The best is the breakfast that is served from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning and everyday they have different items. The service during breakfast was great specially from Monika and her team and we are impressed by the communications from Monika.

My personal review for Holiday Inn Express at Business Bay Safa Park. I’ve been staying here for two nights, and today is my third day. Overall, my experience has been pleasant, thanks to the excellent service from some of the staff, a pecial mention goes to "Dipsan" from house keeping, who has been very helpful and attentive throughout my stay so far... In the restaurant, "HTET" has been exceptionally welcoming, kind, and efficient in her service—her hospitality truly enhances the dining experience and one thank goes to the receptionist "Nay" as well for his warmth services! However, there’s room for improvement in terms of room facilities. 1. The entertainment system feels outdated and could use an upgrade. 2. The room space is a bit tight, more room to move around would be appreciated. 3. Basic cutlery in the room would be convenient for small meals & drinks. 4. A clothes-hanging hook in the washroom is missing, which would be useful. 5. The towel-hanging bar’s placement is problematic—it’s right next to the commode, which raises hygiene concerns as flushing can spread germs to the towel. Despite these minor issues, the friendly staff like Dipsan and HTET make the stay enjoyable. With a few upgrades, this hotel could be even better! Rating: 4/5 (Great service, but room amenities need improvement.) Would I stay here again? Yes, especially if the small issues are addressed. Sharoon Gerald

I stayed at this hotel near my office during a time when I was feeling unwell, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional care and support. They truly went above and beyond their duties to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. A special mention to Gerrimae, the hotel host, whose kindness and attentiveness made a big difference during my stay. who personally ensured my medicine was delivered on time and checked in on me regularly. I also want to thank Raja, the security guard, who was incredibly helpful and supportive. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. This experience showed me that this hotel doesn’t just offer a place to stay — they care about their guests like family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place that offers both comfort and compassion.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable from the very first day itself. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! I stayed in room no 259... I would especially Thank Miss Monika , Min and Htet for their kind hospitality during the breakfast hours. I also appreciate the dedication and care these good people are putting into to keep the hotel spotless. Great Job just keep the good work going. Stay Blessed Always

Stayed here for 7 days with family and it was really good. We were in room 317. The location is near downtown Dubai and the metro is only walking distance. The staff were absolutely great and they do everything to give you the best stay, especially Akshada, Shohel and Sumit. Will definitely recommend. Thanks guys.
