I am extremely disappointed with the service from Home Centre Dubai. I ordered two mirrors—one arrived damaged, and the other was damaged by their delivery team during installation. I have been trying to return them for the past five days, calling customer service daily. Every time, I am told that the pickup will happen “today or tomorrow,” but nothing has been done. The lack of accountability and customer support is frustrating. I expected better service from such a well-known brand. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise being cautious when ordering from Home Centre.
I had a very disappointing experience with Home Center. I purchased a bedroom set from them, and after installation, I noticed multiple scratches on the wood. Even worse, the bed makes loud cracking sounds whenever someone sits or moves on it during sleep — extremely uncomfortable and concerning for a brand-new item. Despite the product having a 2-year warranty, the complaint process dragged on for over 2 months. Their proposed solution? They brought white wood pieces to fix a black bed — completely unacceptable. When I rejected this patchy solution, they flat-out said they wouldn’t do anything further no exchange or return . To "fix" the scratches, they even tried using a black ink pen — not the level of service or quality you’d expect from a reputable store. This is the last time I will buy anything from Home Center. I strongly advise others to avoid them — they’ll happily take your money, but if there’s a problem, you’re left to fight with them .

The customer service experience has been unacceptable, and I would like to highlight the following points: Fabric Issue: Your team visited my home, inspected the issue, took pictures, and confirmed that the problem falls under warranty. I have records and proof of this confirmation. Sofa Replacement: After keeping my sofa for 1 week, you returned it and admitted that it needed to be replaced. Your team explicitly told me to keep the current one until the new one was delivered I have a recorded statement confirming this. Miscommunication & Denial of Responsibility: During the latest follow-up call, your team falsely claimed that the issue was related to noise, which was supposedly fixed. This is not the original issue I reported—there was never a noise problem to begin with. It seems like an attempt to avoid responsibility for the defective product. Again, I have recordings to support my claim.
