Really worst service and delivery I’ve ever experienced in my life. Delivery received partially (missing the sofa !!) , delivery guys non professional at all !! Furniture not fixed ! And service customer on weekend when people are buying and receiving things. I really think about legally raising a complaint because I paid everything and not able to receive it or to use it !

Terrible experience from start to finish. They delivered a broken dressing table, left it at my house and refused to take it back on spot. They promised a replacement the next day which never happened. No updates, no calls, and I had to chase them myself only to be told they won’t replace it. Then I was told to bring it back myself to get a refund as if it was my fault. No apology, no compensation, nothing. Their “no compensation policy” says everything about how they treat customers. Avoid this company all you’ll get is stress and zero accountability

The dining table chairs I purchased started showing quality issues within the very first month—the legs kept loosening repeatedly, posing a safety concern. Despite several follow-ups with your customer service team, there has been no action taken. I also submitted a complaint through your official customer complaint portal, but I have not received any acknowledgment, complaint reference number, or follow-up communication. It is unclear whether the complaint is even being processed.

The worst customer service we have dealt with. Zero communication between supervisor and the delivery team. The item and the workers reached our residence and was working on assembling, while assembling they realized they got faulty product. They told they will come next day to finish the job with the right product. Next day, we called the customer service and the guy went like we booked slot for you between 2-4 and we were fine with it as we had Iftar plan later on. Around 4:15 we called and asked where are they and they told they will come between 6-7 and we told its not possible and it’s very unprofessional work what they doing. They told they will come next day(Sunday) and we asked them twice, are you sure you guys will be working on Sundays. The guy told yes yes 100% we working. Now it’s Sunday and they are calling and telling we won’t be able to come as it’s holiday. The worst ever customer service we dealt with and super unprofessional.

Terrible delivery experience! My order arrived much later than promised, with zero communication from the company. When the furniture finally showed up at 2100hours, they couldn't fix one of the item untill they left at 2330hours. The original delivery time was between 1500-1900hours. For the price I paid, I expected much better. Save yourself the headache and avoid ordering from this company — the frustration is simply not worth it.
