I used them for waterproofing and have had a very bad experience. They took weeks to actually start the work, even though I already paid. Then after they finished, I found they removed my roof insulation but never replaced it. Now ACs can’t cool the house correctly. Additionally they left trash and rubble on the roof to attract rats. They also did not waterproof the full roof. There are gaps in the waterproofing, inconsistencies in the thickness of the waterproofing and then skipped a full section. They don’t send quality people to inspect their work after it’s done. Even after I raised concerns from the completion pictures and they said they would come check.
