I booked a home service from your salon and was very disappointed with the experience. The staff were unprofessional, arguing and fighting with each other during the visit, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I had clearly requested Gelish color, but they didn’t bring it — not even normal nail polish. Additionally, the staff member assigned to me was not skilled. She accidentally cut the skin on the side of my nail, and it was clear she didn’t know how to do a proper French manicure. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope you take serious steps to improve the quality and professionalism of your staff.

I had an amazing experience with sport massage during 1,5 hour with the professional Eka! She did exactly what I asked for, she arrived on time and did her job - perfectly ! Thank you again for your service, it’s very convenient to have a massage at my location and I highly recommend to everyone !
