I had a very very bad experience from 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞-𝐛𝐨𝐱 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 branch. First of all i want to share i bought month of 𝐌𝐚𝐲 2set of beds and 2 pieces of Matress around 𝟖𝟎𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐄𝐃 i took with express delivery they said 𝟑𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 charge for express i said ok and i requested for delivery time between 10Am-4Pm as per their delivery schedule because my building is not allowed to take after 6pm but they came 𝟖𝐩𝐦. I didn’t complain anything that time but again month 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝐧𝐝 i bought 1 wardrobe and 1 book case i requested again 10Am-4pm as per their delivery schedule and normal delivery but they came again late i called so many times to the customer service when the delivery man came he said he can’t fix the wardrobe he said no enough space , he want to remove my bed and it’s extra charge 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐞𝐝 but their is space in my bedroom as you can see in the picture i told the fixing guys just fix it in the living room i’ll put by myself but they didn’t listen my opinion and they run away they just fix my book case only.And the next day i went to the burjuman branch and i talked with the duty manager even tho he didn’t listen the customer (because i know my bedroom space) and he said same like delivery guy and i should pay 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐞𝐝 because these guys aren’t from home box but who ever come for delivery and fixing guys came with home-box uniform. I don’t want to return the item that’s why if they need to remove my bed ok i’ll pay extra 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐞𝐝 but the customer was not returned their item the manager he didn’t say sorry and thanks . After 2days they came and fixed without removing my bed but they took 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐀𝐞𝐝 that’s why i called several times to the store but they didn’t do anything for me and someone who picked up the phone call he said the del...

Worst customer service ever. Office chair broke within 30 mins of sitting on it: no one has bothered to call me back or deal with my emails. Absolutely unacceptable !!!

I do not have something to give negative. The worst furniture company. Every furniture of ours is having issues or broken. They charge premium but give very inferior products. We are just wasting our time in following up / complain/ resulation process. Very bad .....

Highly disappointed with the service. The attitude of the sales man is like he is not ready to work at all. Also frustrating responses. I was just checking the dinner set and while checking some of the utensils were having some marks and damages which I requested to change. The response was its like that in all the sets. This damaged you have to bear with. I lost my temper and just walked away. So sorry to say, this is not what we expect from Home Box.
