I bought a mattress which is less than 2 years old now. The center of the mattress started sagging in 1 year itself. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send the pictures. From the images they determined that the sagging is less than 4 Cms and rejected my warranty claim. Customer care is a shame. They only have copy paste response. My request to send somebody to do the inspection is also rejected. It was the same copy paste response. Exact copy of the first. The 10 year warranty on the mattress is useless now. Will never buy anything from Home Box.
I bought some furniture from the Al Zahia branch in Sharjah, but it did not arrive. When I tried to get the money back, they did not return it. I have a complaint about mistreatment
I purchased a king hydraulic bed with Matress september 2024, 2 months later it start to make noise , at a stage that we can’t sleep on it, « now only my wife use » i been dealing with costumer service for 10 months now with no result. Technicien visited me 3 times and they can hear the noise and confirm that there is a issue but they couldn’t fixe it or help us with any solution…. The bed is still under warranty but they refused to give me my warranty document, one time they offered me to replace the matress , why replacing the matress if the noise coming from the bed ??? But the funny things , at the end they said the noise is normal and they will do nothing 😂 I will not give up and the next step is the court until we see who is wrong 😊 and of course some bad reviews on social media
Extremely disappointing customer service.** I received a faulty chair, and it took weeks of constant follow-ups to get the issue addressed. I had to call multiple times as Home Box repeatedly failed to deliver on the promised dates, or scheduled deliveries at times not permitted by my building's security. When they finally arrived, they brought the wrong parts and tried to leave quickly—without fixing anything. The chair literally fell apart the moment I tried to lift it. After more calls, a manager assured me a replacement would be provided, but instead, they showed up with just one part, assuming that would be sufficient. The entire process dragged on for over a month with no compensation or proper resolution. According to Home Box, the case is “closed” simply because I now have a functioning chair—completely disregarding the inconvenience and poor service I endured.
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Home Box, and my experience was nothing short of disastrous. The delivery date was excessively long, which already set a negative tone for the entire process. However, things only got worse when the item finally arrived. Upon delivery, I was informed that the necessary spares required to install the furniture were not included. This meant I had to endure an additional wait of two to three days for these essential parts to be delivered. This lack of attention to detail and poor planning is unacceptable for a company that claims to provide quality service. To make matters worse, the technician who installed one of the furniture pieces did a subpar job. The door was fitted with incorrect hinges, resulting in a huge gap and uneven positioning. When I questioned the technician about this glaring issue, they admitted that the necessary spare parts were not available and that I would have to wait even longer for them to arrive. I had specifically requested that the delivery be made before iftar so I could spend time with my family, but this request was completely ignored. The call center at Home Box proved to be utterly useless, failing to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution to the problems I faced. In my opinion, Home Box operates like a scam. They take your money upfront but fail to deliver on their promises of quality service. The lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling. I strongly advise against dealing with this company unless you want to experience frustration and disappointment. Avoid Home Box at all costs.
