I bought a water bottle there. I used it for a week and then the bottle cracked without any damage. I called the store many times but no one helped.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our last purchase at your store. We bought a dinning table with 6 chairs , first of all the table only came to our home after almost a week then chairs came after 9 days of purchase!! We raised a phone complaint at No. 7679432 regarding such service. However after first day of using the chairs, My dad was sitting at one of them and suddenly the chair broken under him and he felt down on the floor and got injured. On the other hand at the same night I went to the branch and asking for explanation how at first use that happened. After discussion with the manager we decided that they will collect the full order as an apology from their side with full refund which untill now we didn't receive any since 13 May 25. I hope you take this feedback seriously and start refunding as promised. The quality issues should be resolved from your quality control team as definitely there are none.
