Very disappointing experience, where during the installation a different type of adapter had to be used and the price suddenly increased by 2000 aed. Then when we finally agreed on a price for the additional material which was more in line with online prices the installation had to be rescheduled to another day because all of a sudden they were booked somewhere else (while they were supposed to spend at least 1 more hour to install our new thermostat in the first place). Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time

Got my 5 ton AC fixed by these guys. It was done in the most efficient and timely manner. Reasonable prices too. I'm very happy with it and I would 100% recommend

Got a Google Nest Thermostat installed in March 2024 and it was simply fantastic service from start to finish! Responsive & clear on WhatsApp comms, installation booking was a breeze, well priced product & installation cost, and Rahman & Kamal (the installers) were so kind, polite, well-presented, and were so considerate, not only to be as clean & tidy as possible, but also of my need so sleep whilst they were working! Strongly recommend this company. A*!

Really happy with the end to end service of HomeIQ. They installed our EcoBee thermostats in 7 of our rooms and the finished product is perfect. Even when we had issue with some of our cabelling (due to renovations) they were extremely supportive and explained to me in great detail what needed to be done and what I needed to tell the contractor to do. Really highly recommend them.

HomeIQ installed a Nest thermostat in my apartment, as per Nest's website my current system was not compatible however upon contacting HomeIQ, John quickly got in contact via WhatsApp to confirm compatibility and booked his team in to install ASAP. Raj and Sumit arrived on time on agreed date, installed a converter to allow the Nest to communicate with my current thermostat and left within the hour. I'm very happy with the service provided by John, Raj and Sumit, I will be highly recommending to friends and family looking for a similar service. Thanks again guys, great work!
