Worst of the worst real estate brokers. They would never return your security deposit no matter what. They would just bring up issues , and after they recieve the payment they would just ignore all your messages… I’ve gone through your response, and I need to point out something. Whenever there’s a matter involving tenant payments to you, your team is quick to follow up. But when it comes to the tenant receiving support or a pending payment, you redirect us to follow up directly with the landlord — which is quite unfair and doesn’t make sense. I’ve followed up on multiple issues where your team told me the delay was from the landlord’s side. After several weeks of chasing, I finally contacted the landlord myself, only to find out you hadn’t even reached out to him once. He shared the required documents with me within 15 minutes of my request. If needed, I still have proof of this entire exchange. And if this continues, I won’t hesitate to share it publicly in a review.”
