Very nice and explicious. Prime location, varieties of good quality products, spacious parking in the basement. Very good customer service located in nearby Burdubai community ,under Zaabeel furniture.

I had a terrible experience with my mattress. Although I have a 5-year warranty, I've encountered a significant issue after just 2 years. The internal material seems to have deteriorated, resulting in a noticeable sagging area in the center. The quality is very poor, and they refuse to fix the issue, claiming that the mattress has some stains on it. However, the main problem lies with the materials themselves. I requested a repair rather than a replacement, but they declined my request. I would rather purchase from another store with a reliable warranty than deal with this company again. I was planning to furniture all my new appartment with them, but after this bad experience with customer service, No No will not spend more money on something that have no guarantees at all.

Recently visited the store at Oud Metha and it's amazing. It has great variety of furniture, bedding, glassware, lighting and lots more. The store has together a section for outdoor sitting and setups. If one is looking for a good quality furniture with great design then head to Homes R us. The prices I felt are little on the higher side and one can get similar type furniture or decor in a lower proces in different other brands stores across Dubai. The store has its own free parking.

Worst experience with home r us , till product purchase all ok,, but infrastructure if any product damaged or some complaint they are not responding to customer , sorry we can not help. I purchased soo many products but trust me guys Do not trust them products and services!!! Look product within 4 months! Finally I throw! Will never go back this shop
