A Nearly Perfect Sanctuary for Mind and Body Embarking on my yoga journey in this class has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The serene setting and skilled instructors create a nurturing environment where I've grown not just physically, but spiritually. Classes are well-structured, offering a balanced mix of challenge and relaxation, catered to all skill levels. The emphasis on mindfulness and breathing has been particularly beneficial, providing a much-needed oasis of calm in my hectic life. However, while the overall experience has been fantastic, there's room for slight improvement. Despite the minor issues, the positive aspects far outweigh them. The sense of community here is strong, and the instructors are genuinely invested in each student's journey. It's a place where progress is celebrated, and challenges are met with encouragement and support. I wholeheartedly recommend these yoga classes to anyone looking to enhance their physical and mental well-being. With a bit more flexibility in scheduling and equipment availability, I believe the experience could be flawless.

Silvana is a great yoga instructor. I have never felt better the before. She is a very passionate instructor. I have become stronger and I get better sleep from yoga. She’s high recommended.

Amazing Trainer. In a 45 minutes session she take warmup, Hardcore Asana, Pilates, Aerobic exercise and Meditation and Breathing Exercises. It's a soulful experience where you're going towards Mindfulness living

Silvana is Very nice and humble instructor. Try to teach everything in very detail. I've a great experience with her.
