WORST EXPERIENCE! Time consuming and STRESSFUL! They have collected my car by Sunday and promised to return it within the day but didnt happen. They returned by Monday but to they didn’t do the job properly! The wheel alignment which I paid was not done properly as it get stucked everytime i turned left or right. My accelerator seemed to be very low to pick-up unlike before they have collected it. i even noticed that they didn’t mind sitting in my car with grease on them. As a result, my front seats got messy! I dropped my car to their garage at night of the same day to have the car checked again and clean the seats. I have called on tuesday and promised that it will be done within the day but didn’t happen. I called them them in the morning of wednesday, no updates… and then the afternoon of wednesday and that’s the only time they did the cleaning of the seats. They promised to return it by morning of wednesday but it ended up being returned late afternoon. I got the the car by Wednesday afternoon and since I have a limited time because I am at work and I cannot full speed the car in my area, It seemed working… but this morning of Thursday while I was in Sheik zayed, the alignment of my car is going to the right side. These people are very good in words but they are not doing their job properly! I will never ever get back on this service garage center with these kind of people!
