Well I had amazing experience and I recently purchased a RADO watch from Dubai Mall in Hour Choice store, the team is great and welcoming, specially I had an excellent experience thanks to the wonderful assistance of Sabina. She was professional, knowledgeable about the brand, and very patient as I took my time to choose the right model. Her friendly and helpful attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone shopping for a quality timepiece.

Had the experience to buy my first RADO in the memory of my late father. I received excellent service from Suraj Bhatt, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I tried several watches over two days to finally decide which one I wanted. Although I left with a few watches, my eyes were firmly set on the latest RADO. Thank you to Suraj Bhatt for excellent salesmanship and advice on helping me decide what to choose. I will definitely return.
