Howard Johnson by Wyndham Bur Dubai

I recently stayed at Howard Johnson Hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, the room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. What really stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff. In particular, Nazim went above and beyond to provide excellent service during my stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made me feel very well taken care of . Also the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the area, and overall, my stay was both relaxing and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—especially Mr. Prabin and Mr. Ankit. Both were incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely customer-friendly. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my overall experience. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-maintained—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, as everything was in excellent condition. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a satisfying mix of Indian and continental options. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty Indian meal or a lighter continental breakfast, there's something for everyone. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to Mr. Prabin and Mr. Ankit for their outstanding service—I will definitely be returning!

The food could have been enjoyable if it was served hot and freshly cooked. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, most of the food was already cold. The service was also quite slow, especially for the dynamite and calamari. When the calamari finally arrived, it lacked flavor and was cold—despite the long wait. The only dish I really liked was the seafood with white sauce. That said, for the price of 50 dirhams, it’s not bad at all. And despite everything, the staff were friendly and nice, which we really appreciated. Hopefully, this experience serves as a lesson for them to improve the quality and timing of their food service.

The hotel itself, their employees and their service are excellent. They were all amazing people. They treat every guest special. We will come back soon even if they won't offer any promotion. 😊

Just wanted to mention certain names who really welcomes us and make us feel that this place is a home away from home because me and my friends are from Abu Dhabi. For the seafood unlimited we had for dinner that is very worth it with what we have paid nice cajun sauce and moringga coconut which I need to say a MUST TRY sauce😇 we are assisted by Ms. Emily and Ms. Imelda who's very jolly and hospitable to us. Mr. Prabin who makes our check-in very smooth and hassle free. Ms. Sonu and Chef Narendra who also accommodate our request in the breakfast. We even enjoyed the Indian Bar even some of us are not indians the performer makes us really entertained. Definitely we will come back and highly recommended!♥️♥️♥️
