horrible customer service. after waiting for 3 months for my order when i was told 4-5 weeks, i was informed that i wont receive it for two more months. zero transparency or updates from them im the one who constantly had to follow up. dealing with them was not an easy or a pleasant experience

Mia was a great salesperson. She is honest and helpful in her best capacity. When she left for her vacation her colleague Suhaib got in charge of the installation of the lights. A person with no honesty, and blank lies. His team says one thing and he says another and defends it, very dissapointed. Huda lighting has great variety, be sure to deal with people of integrity so you ensure a smooth experience. We had a rough one unfortunately.

Huda lighting's team is fantastic. Our salesman, Tarek, was extremely helpful. He advised on every detail regarding the products, the required components and their installation. The products arrived in time and in good condition. Any questions/concerns were immediately addressed. We had even purchased a lamp from an ALTERNATE vendor that broke during transport. Tarek ordered and replaced the broken part for free. These days, who does something this selfless? If you are looking for high/the best quality lighting and service, do not waste your time....go straight to Huda. Thank you Tarek.

Amazing lights but such a little expensive
