I strongly advise any serious business owner to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this company. Based on my direct experience, the operation presents itself with a polished image that does not reflect the reality of their service. The marketing materials, do not accurately represent the actual quality or capabilities of the business whatsoever. Dont be fooled. While the initial consultation may seem professional and promising, that impression quickly deteriorates once payment is made. Despite agreeing on a clear timeline, the company repeatedly missed deadlines and failed to deliver on even the most basic quality expectations. Identical errors occurred across multiple revisions, and there were frequent periods of complete non-responsiveness from their team. On several occasions, I had to chase them for updates, only to be met with vague apologies from management rather than actual solutions. Apologies were almost a daily thing with their company; of course, without ever really addressing the problem. After several documented complaints, the company offered a refund as an attempt to resolve the issue. However, that process turned into an additional ordeal. It took over a month of follow-ups to process the refund, and during that time, it became harder and harder to get any response from them. Without any prior notice or formal explanation, the company sent back part of the amount, and deducted nearly 40 percent of the agreed refund amount. At no point had a partial refund been mentioned or agreed upon. Let alone, a refund was never requested from my side, it was offered from their management. Due to the lack of cooperation and unresolved financial dispute, I am now pursuing legal avenues to reclaim the outstanding amount. Not only did I waste three months of my company's time, but now wasting hours of my own time to follow-up with the appropriate authorities to reclaim my losses. My business was slightly different than other retail stores and it was really hard to find someone who could accommodate my needs and requirements. Got in touch with Hulexo and they already had 80% of what i required and the remaining 20% they offered to do it without any cost. Choosing them was a no brainer as other solutions out there charged almost 50% additional to make any customizations - Hulexo did it for free. Their implementation was really fast. We did face some issues in the middle but their support team fixed everything in no time. I was using an old POS for my sporting goods store, errors, wrong reports, and no support. Reached out to Hulexo, and they onboarded us to their system in 1-week with accurate reports, an error-free system, free customizations, and almost instant support. Would highly recommend it to anyone struggling with outdated systems (Ps. It's not worth it)!
