Hyde Park Hotel

I booked this place for one of my family mates who visited UAE for vacation. and this place turned out to be one of the worst hoteling experience I have ever had. There is no word for cleanliness and no safety. Specially my room lock was not working properly. And the A/C was not working properly. If you are bringing your family this is not a place where you want to say. The place is fully dark and the Lift was not working at all for all the 2 days stay at the place I and my family had to take the steps to 3rd floor that also while carrying the 2 babies. In one word I will not recommend this place for anyone. Fully disappointed and not even worth for the money.

I had a great stay at the hotel. A big thank you to Avina at reception for her kindness and professionalism, and to Mr. Aslam, the manager, for his amazing support throughout my stay. Their help made my experience even better. Highly recommended!

I don’t recommend this place! I made a reservation on Booking, but when I arrived from the airport, the receptionist — who had quite an arrogant attitude — told me that the room had already been sold to someone else for a higher price. They said they had emailed me about it two hours earlier and didn’t care that I had a confirmed booking. Booking.com did refund me and apologized several times, but the experience with the hotel was terrible. I had to stay with friends for the night. If I didn’t have anyone to stay with, I honestly don’t know what I would have done — nearby hotels were almost fully booked.

Bad, very bad place I was at hyde hotel dubai on 20-6-2025. They have ibiza bar which fake the clients, provide water insread of real drinks. And hire street hookers.

horrible place, the rooms are filthy and we booked three. while waiting for our rooms we spotted rats in the waiting area right on the roof.. bathrooms were dirty and there was no hot water. area was pretty dirty and i would highly not recommend it.
