I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was incredibly accommodating — they allowed me to check in early and provided access to my room right away. The lady at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The reception area has a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and smooth service. Highly recommend this place!

Clean and efficient services that remain consistent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the chefs are happy to make your favourite eggs. The staff truly are wonderful. The room layout is good and spacious enough. Walking distance to metro and very well located.

My recent stay at the hotel was both comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. I would like to especially commend Nabi from Housekeeping and Joem at the reception—both were incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. While the hotel does not offer room service, which I would have rated five stars, the overall experience was still very satisfying. I look forward to returning in the future.
