I just wrapped a 2 day short film shoot in UAQ working with Icon Art Production and it has been an absolute pleasure. The team has been nothing but great and supportive, they are easy to communicate with and they made the process easier and smoother. unprofessional way of speaking to their customers, i needed to rent a speaker so they requested to keep my original hardcopy passport with them which is not logical, their other option was to pay a v big amount of money which is also not logical. in the end they bluntly asked me not to take anything if i didn’t agree to any of their options. a lady also refused to listen while i was talking!
