The name driver Anas is really have very bad attitude & talking style he don't have manners plz check the attached picture & time will complain soon for him just wait & watch he don't know how to talk & behave with customers we ill teach him In Shaa Allah

I am writing to express my disappointment with the repeated issues I’ve encountered with your delivery service. Most recently, a wrong item was delivered to me, and I was asked to pay for it despite not having ordered it. To make matters worse, the next day, the delivery person arrived without prior notice, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-off situation. I have had multiple experiences (at least five) with your service through My Personal Eco, and in all instances, the delivery drivers have been extremely unprofessional. They have been consistently rude, and in one case, the driver even insisted that I come down to collect the package—completely disregarding basic service etiquette. As a paying customer, I expect respectful communication, proper coordination, and accurate deliveries. I sincerely hope your team looks into this seriously and takes immediate steps to improve the customer experience.

Not recommended. I chose this company based on their promise of fast and reliable service, but my experience was the opposite. There were unnecessary delays, poor communication, and a clear lack of professionalism. I would not recommend dealing with them.

Seriously this driver Anas should learn some manners, I can see lot of bad reviews for him as experienced he is verry rude verry disrespectful, verry arrogant he makes fun of customers , he trolls them, he should be ashamed for what kind of service he’s giving , seriously if I could file a complain in police on this man I would have done it , verry bad experience with your service, never recommend to anyone if it’s the only option still don’t go for it it’s that bad , you and your customer or the person whom you are sending it would be so ashamed for using this service lately , such a bad day for me because of this person , I truly feel I could have the opportunity to show him what he is

Absolutely fantastic service! The delivery was prompt, and the driver was courteous and professional. My package arrived in perfect condition and even earlier than expected. Thank you ifast
