IGP Dubai: Flowers, Cakes & Personalized Gifts

I don’t suggest anyone buy from the shop. I placed my order 9am till now it didn’t reach and Mother’s Day is ending. They won’t even give refund and are ignoring my messages now. Really ridiculous service. Once I told them I will post on social media they responded. Everytime I look at the tracking the time increases and the driver is still in Dubai. Multiple times I asked for refund and they are not accepting although driver still next to the shop in Dubai. You can see the time only increases everytime I check the map and you can see the time on my phone on top left. Horrible service, no phone call, and they won’t respond fast unless you say you will post on social media. I literallt ordered from fnp on smiles and gor a bouquet on 30 mins and the igp driver is still in silicon!!!! Imagine they delivered my flowers 12:35am and they were old and dead!!!!! Absolutely disgusting look at the photo. This is not worth 180. Imagine I bought from fnp flowers they reached in 30 mins, are fresh, and much cheaper for bigger bouquet. Look at the size of the pink bouquet with happy birthday from fnp imagine tjis had been here for 3 days and looks like this fresh and the igp been here for couple of hours and is dead. They wouldn’t accept ro refund me despite the fact the flowers are dead, and late.

I ordered Red Velvet and they Delivered chocolate. Tried to reach out on whatsapp chat but they respond very late and give you a minute to respond and they close the chat right away. Poor customer service.

I ordered the item shown below and the product that arrived was totally different. I understand that it cannot be very similar but atleast the flowers and shape of the cake should be the same that was shown in the picture!! The delivery time opted was before 1pm and the gift arrived at 8pm. What kind of service are you providing? Please do not mention and display products that can’t be delivered accurately and on time

I recently ordered a butterscotch cream cake from IGP Dubai for a special occasion, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service! The entire process, from placing the order online to receiving timely updates via WhatsApp, was seamless. The cake was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It arrived on time, and the recipient was overjoyed! I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. IGP Dubai has definitely earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality surprises and gifts!

Honestly - deserves a zero rating but I’m not able to award this to IGP! Today was our anniversary and I had placed an order for a customized item which was a stand with flowers and balloons and cupcakes in the center, only to receive a disappointing order where cupcakes were all mashed up, and decorations missing on the balloons. The order came at approximately 4:35 Pm The delivery staff tried to justify saying that there was “heat” in the back seat of the car and maybe that’s why this happened - which is totally unacceptable. It is very evident that proper care was not taken in transporting this item! I returned the order while calling and notifying IGP and the driver takes the item and leaves, and then he comes back within 5 minutes and asks me to hold part of the order - being the stand and balloons and he said he will fix the cupcakes and bring it back, while the IGP help professional asked me to return the items back. I declined and told him to take the order back. Since this incident, I tried following up (it was 7Pm by then) and I have no items and no update on my order. When I reach out to IGP again I get an automated message saying we are unable to respond now Extremely disappointed and will never be using IGP again. The competition is high and so are the standards, so step up guys or you will never last. The other bad reviews and poor overall rating supports this And also, thank you for ruining our day.
