Absolutely the worst and most pathetic waste management company I have ever worked with in my entire career!!! I am a Facilities and Maintenance Manager working for a Property Management company, we manage a corporate client and have a contract with Imdaad for Garbage Skip collection across the portfolio l. These guys keep missing the garbage skip collection time and again, in spite of multiple complaints, follow ups, escalations, payment holds etc. When spoken on call, they have no clue which building's collection is missed. They don't read or respond to emails. The worst part is that they don't even sound apologetic. How is this company even allowed to operate in UAE?
Very nice and advise all to try this experince
The company is some how good according to other companies in dubia
19 years mechanic experience and have bus drivers
7 years im heavy bus and heavy truck driver in emirates
