iMile Delivery LLC

This company was delivering one of my ordered items. Many delivery companies have not good service, but these people are exceptional. Not only hey called me in advance to double check delivery address, they also called before delivering the package. Big thanks goes to Mr. Mohammad Waqas who delivered my item. He was extremely professional, polite and responsible. If your package with these guys - it’s in safe hands )).

They made me wait for days even after getting my location. No call, no message, no delivery. I had to chase them like I’m begging for my own package. They don’t respect customers at all. This company should be shut down. They are completely useless, careless, and full of excuses. Nobody should ever trust them with anything. If there was an option to give Minus 100 stars, I would. They don’t deserve even 1 star.

Even one star is too too generous for such unethical service. We have lost four parcels in the past two months with iMile, all marked as “delivery failed due to recipient not at home.” This is completely false. Our delivery address is a commercial office that is open and staffed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. There is absolutely no reason for failed deliveries. Despite this, the same excuse is repeatedly used to avoid delivery. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the delivery process and leads me to suspect potential misconduct or theft by delivery personnel. Please be extremely cautious when using iMile. This is not just poor service, but it borders on criminal negligence.

No stars. Please can I actively receive feedback on an order which has been received since the 03/08/2025. It is ridiculous for you think any customer would believe its still sitting there for that long. Customs was paid promptly and upfront. This can be classified as theft due to no communication. Urgently respond.

The service was really fast. I received my parcel yesterday July 24 in which I was expecting to be delivered on 26. Mr. Puneet Joshi the delivery rider really took care of my parcel and made sure I'll receive it on time.He made an effort to contact me not in a rush kind of thing which I really appreciate about him. I've had experienced that I lost my parcel and been very troubled looking for it by myself contacting the website and it's courier. That was traumatic! That's why I appreciate those who work with their heart and with patience. Thank you again. So far I like the service of iMile Delivery because of their service and good staffs. 👍
