Unprofessional services! I gave the order of farewell gift for friends to be delivered before June 28th, unfortunately, Impress Gifts couldn’t deliver and stop picking up the phone. Not recommending them at all, and if somebody has already placed the order to them, please keep your plan B ready 😬

I Love to share my review for the Photo Frame order for my Husband's that I received on 15 May. The Packaging to secure the frame from damage was very good. My husband love the frame and its quality. The services provided by you was very awesome and quite impressive. Time given for the delivery was absolute the same I received my order. In Sha Allah we will surely order again.

I ordered a key chain and a pen. The key chain is made like as if they want to get rid of the customers order. There are much more better and cheaper options compare to the one they send me. Pen was just okay, they did not focuse on the finishing was damaged at one place maybe in process if engraving the name on it. Wrote them on WhatsApp even shared a picture of what went wrong with my order. I did not want refund, replacement or a discount. But not single word of apology from them. Low quality product and mediocre customer service . Not recommended.

Many thanks for Fahad, he is very supportive and he took the time to make the best design for printing picture on the mug, It was amazing, colors is fabulous, delivery on time, prices affordable, thanks fahad and all impress gift team for the effort to make small gift perfect as much as you can
