IMTC Training Center

I have done a fair share of masterclass workshops with training centers abroad but this is my first with IMTC in Dubai. I can definitely say this was my best experience among all. I flew from the Maldives with 2 of my colleagues for the Marketing Communications and Brand Management Masterclass in IMTC, Dubai. The program was very comprehensive and hands-on, and the trainers were remarkable! As the topics were not entirely new, we spent little time on theory and more time on the practical aspects. We had some intensive brainstorming sessions with both of our trainers. The instructors ensured that our doubts were addressed and even helped us craft a customized plan for our upcoming new product. The trainers also gave us very insightful feedback regarding our new brand, the product brief of which we had the pleasure of sharing for their review. My colleagues and I are very positive that the outcomes of the training will be practically applicable for the launch of the new brand and product by our organization. The facilitator who was with us throughout the program made us feel at home with his wonderful hospitality. I sincerely hope we get the training opportunity with IMTC, Dubai in the near future.

I attended the Developing a Customer Centric Service Culture Workshop and I can confidently say that IMTC is the best training center in Dubai! The trainer has vast knowledge and expertise in the subject matter, the staff are extremely supportive and helpful and the facility and extra services are truly amazing. The training program has helped me adopt a more structured thinking approach, apply advanced problem solving techniques and improve the customer service strategy and culture in my organization. I strongly recommend IMTC Dubai to anyone who wants to develop their skills and improve their career.

Had a very insightful training session with Dr.Marko Selakovic about Public Policy Development ITMC provide us with great mentor who experts in the field, a very convenient meeting room (overlooking Dubai Canal so we can see the yacht come crossing all the time), and good lunch!! Not to mention they also provide us with airport transfer on our departure and arrival Kudos also to Issam, who really thought me to live my life 🥳

A great experience and brilliant training from start to finish. Comprehensive content presented by the brilliant Dr. Rima Melini Md Tamin with years of experience, theoretical and practical. Walked away with not only a great understanding of Risk and Compliance but also a blueprint on how to confidently launch and manage this department in my own company. Highly recommended!
