WORST FM company there is! They hire random inexperienced technicians who don’t know to do the basics even. They’ll work and do rework and the cycles goes on. Ensure you do not stay in a building that’s managed by Inaya if you want a hassle free stay. Extremely poor services.

FM incharge Mr Jegan and his team are really good. They listen to tenant’s requests and sort things out very fast. Special credit to Mr Jegan 👍

Wanted to give a shoutout to the impressive building management team at Marina Heights tower. Always efficient to resolve any issue in the apartment! They are very personable and can recognise the tenants/owners in the building. I can tell that the team (building management people & security guards) is very well coordinated and have great communications within as my landlord was looking for me and different people within the team communicated that to me within one day. I will miss this awesome building management team when I move out! 🥲

Inaya has a very good service team on the ground who are very responsive and proactive. Right from the moment the call is logged, there is an immediate call back to confirm availability and the service team is dispatched to ensure the customer is offered resolution asap. Some of the Inaya superstars who have delivered superior levels of service to us include 1. Ganesh (V1 building Guard), 2. DN Sharma (Maintainence supervisor) and his team - Siraj (Carpenter), Masonry team, Nasser (Aircon) to name a few 4. Electrical team - Muhammad Tahir MEP Supervisor and his team for solving a recurring issue which was tripping my washing machine line Highly recommend the services of Inaya. Well done!

One of the few very good facilities management Teams, can't give Five stars as they have a lot to improve on, but kudos to the team at Gemini Splendor building in Sobha Hartland who are always willing to help. specially the lady at block B Reception Mahalakshmi and the facilities management supervisor Sakib who are always there to assist in need.
