Took the marketing course that was a very bad course, and I think this company is run by one person. I requested a refund and no one responded to me. I had to go through sales team (which I also think is a 3rd party provider) to be informed that the FULL COMPANY was occupied with a training. And when I received an email I was told I can’t get a refund because the time for refund has passed. I have called and request a refund by email but that was invalid. It felt like a money trap to be honest.
Amazing experience learning many useful tactics in media, highly recommend their courses for anyone that’s in marketing or wants to know more about marketing
