The food was delicious, rich in authentic Indian flavors, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite being from Nepal, he communicated fluently in Hindi, English, Arabic, and of course Nepali, showing incredible multilingual skills. His ability to connect with guests from different backgrounds made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. He was genuinely attentive and handled multiple guests smoothly without ever making anyone feel neglected. I’d also like to appreciate Mr. Ramsajivan, whose sharp presence of mind and active approach added great value to the overall service. He was quick, efficient, and always on his feet, ensuring every customer was well taken care of. Together, Prajwol and Ramsajivan made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend India Palace Express to anyone looking for not just great Indian food, but also top-tier hospitality.
