I was in touch with their manager named Tanzila Kadir, so asked if she could process a certain insurance plan for me and she said yes and that she would email me requirements on the same day which she never did; so I kept following up and every single time she has a lame excuse like she was in a meeting, she had an emergency, etc. I waited for several more days and tried calling her again she said it's already under process and I will receive a confirmation within 2 days. guess what? it's been 3 weeks and NOTHING. I tried reaching her again and she wouldn't reply or take my calls. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOU TIME DEALING WITH INDO ARAB AGENTS.
