Our experience with Sales Manager Niloofar Behzadi was disappointing. Her lack of professionalism and inadequate client-handling skills do not reflect well on the company. We expected a higher standard of service and hope steps are taken to address this internally.
I had the most horrible experience with this agency. Dawynne Darryl Peterson is the most unprofessional agent. Please be careful of such fraud agents.
Absolutely shocking service. I had huge issues at Jenna1 with NO help or sympathy from the agent. I had not choice but to cut my lease short. To get my money back (even though they toke 2 months rent) has been a HUGE fight. I STILL have not received ANY money owing to me. No manager contact, I had to deal with the secretary. Never deal with this agency

i called 04 351 9995 and the lady (i think she is an Indian, i recognized because of her accent) is rude on the phone. I am not saying anything yet and wanted to speak to a specific department and she is refusing to transfer it without knowing who i am and purpose of my call.
