Even 0 star is too much , they are not professional , it’s better to not come here ,you will be regret I promise , I had appointment for couple room and when we reached in marina branch they said the bed in our couple room don’t have mattress so you have to choose separate room , after I change my clothes they said we will start after 10 minutes but it took 35 minutes I was naked and still didn’t start. I just wasted my time and energy by coming to this place

Not recommended at all, Muna from Bali the therapist is a cheater, worst service and requesting & caring for tip only. I recently visited [infinity spa Byblos Marina hotel] with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I felt the service was lacking. [although I booked via phone & WhatsApp, once arrived my booking is not there, “The staff seemed disorganized and I waited for over 80 minutes past my appointment time.”] During the treatment, I noticed that [Toilets & the room was not properly cleaned” and “Muna the therapist didn’t seem attentive to my needs]. As someone who values relaxation and care, this was quite disappointing. Muna wasted my session time talking about and requesting more and more tip for Nil service. Unfortunately, not only was the quality of the massage lacking, but I also felt pressured to provide a tip for a service that, quite frankly, didn’t warrant one. Additionally, [no shampoo and shower Gel inside toilets & the amenities were not well-maintained. Given the cost, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I was hoping for. I hope the management can address these issues as it could be a great spa with some improvements & getting professional therapist & staff.
