Hi everyone, After seven months of patience and reflection, I am writing this post with a calm mind to share my genuine experience. I hope this may help someone in the future. I was associated with the company for about four months—from July to November—as a Full Stack Developer. My journey began with high hopes, but unfortunately, the overall experience turned out to be disappointing. Observations during my tenure: I found the company and its management to lack structured processes and technical direction. Policies would often be introduced overnight with immediate effect, leaving no room for discussion or planning. There was no formal onboarding process or documentation. Work was assigned verbally at the start of the day without context or time to understand the existing application, codebase, or tech stack. From day one, I was assigned tasks without any orientation or collaboration with the team. There was a notable absence of professional practices: no requirement documentation, no code documentation, and no formal feedback mechanisms. Despite claiming to have a one-month notice period, the company revoked all my access without prior notice when they decided to let me go. All of the above points are not generalizations—they are things I personally experienced. I joined the company in July 2024 (hired in June) and worked diligently, contributing daily from wireframing to backend coding. I consistently updated my Team Lead (TL) on progress, sought feedback regularly, and was told I was doing a great job. On multiple occasions, I was even directed to the CEO, who appreciated my efforts. Everything seemed to be going well until one day I received a performance-related email from my TL, CC'd to HR and the CEO.
