I had a very disappointing experience with this team. Their service was unprofessional, as they accepted my project but last minute responded with, "actually, this will not happen." It felt frustrating to invest time and effort only to be met with such a lack of commitment. Communication was poor, and it seemed like they didn't take my project seriously. Overall, I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience.

Very good service and quality overall, I'm putting 4 stars because the quality in my 3D printed trophy was pretty good but had just some small scratches, and also because I wanted it to look reflective but I wasn't told that painting was called "chroming" beforehand. The payment also was a bit complicated, but that might be that I'm not used to it. I'll probably use their services again 👌
