As a recruiter, Janine has the candidate’s interest at heart, she negotiates benefits to the advantage of the candidate and offers great advice to the Candidate on whether or not the company is being fair. Janine does not push the Candidate to take the first offer on the table, which is a rare quality in the UAE market as most recruiters are looking to earn their commission without offering the candidate a chance to decide or compare job offers.
